Standards of Significance For purposes of this environmental document, an impact is considered significant if the proposed project would: • Result in exposing people to existing contaminated soil during construction activities; • Result in exposing people to asbestos containing materials; • Result in exposing people to contaminated groundwater if dewatering activities take place.
