Pleasanton charged with responsibility for fire <br /> inspection and enforcement of the Fire Code. <br /> <br />d. Wherever the term "Fire Marshal," "Fire Prevention <br /> Eng].neer," or "Chief of the Bureau of Fire Prevention" <br /> is used in the Uniform Fire Code it shall be deemed to <br /> mean the Fire Prevention Officer. <br /> <br />4--1.03 Est~blishment of Limits of Districts in Which Storage <br />of Flamn'~'~]U~"'~r"~5'~{6~'~l'e~'~s in Outside Above Ground <br />i'~'G'~'~]~"]7~"'0~'j7dl~"'above ground tanks is prohibited within <br />the following limits: <br /> <br /> All zoninq~ districts except "A" (Agricultural) Districts <br /> excepting 'those situations covered under Division X of <br /> Article 79, and Title II, Chapter 16 of the Pleasanton <br /> Municipal Code. <br /> <br />4.-1.04 Establishment of Limits in Which Storage of Liquefied <br />Petroleum Gases is to be Restricted. The limits referred to <br />in Section 82.105(a) of the Uniform Fire Code, in which the <br />storage of liquefied petroleum gas is restricted, are hereby <br />established as follows: <br /> <br /> All zoning districts except Industrial Districts. <br />4-1.05 Establishment o Limits of Districts in Which Storage <br />of Explosives and Blastin~gents is to be Prohibited. The <br />limits referreel to in Section 77.106(b) of the Uniform Fire <br />Code, in which storage of explosives and blasting agents is <br />prohibited, are hereby established as follows: <br /> <br /> All zoning districts. <br /> <br />4-1.06 Amendments Made in the Uniform Fire Code. The <br />Uniform Fire Code is amended and changed in the following <br />respect: <br /> <br />a. Section 10.309 (h) is added in the Uniform Fire Code to <br /> read: <br /> <br /> ,,Notwithstanding any other provision of the <br /> Pleasanton Municipal Code includin~J this Uniform <br /> Fire Code installation of automatic fire protection <br /> systems shall be required as provided in Section <br /> 2-12.36(4) of the pleasanton Municipal Code <br /> (amending the Uniform Building Code to reflect <br /> unique local circumstances)." <br /> <br />b.
