Such appeal shall be in writing and the <br />Council shall within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the <br />appe-al and by written notice to the applicant either uphold, <br />reverse or modify the decision of the Fire Chief. <br /> <br />4--1.08 New Materials, Processes or Occupancies Which May <br />_R__e~L\_~_i_r_e Permits. The City Manager, the Fire Chief and the <br />Fire Prevention Officer shall act as a committee to determine <br />and specify, after giving affected persons an opportunity to <br />be heard, any new materials, processes or occupancies for <br />which permits are required in addition to those now <br />enumerated in said code.
