That the developer comply with any and all applicable requirements <br /> of the cross-connections control and backflow Prevention device <br /> programs required by the California Administrative Code, <br /> Ti'tle 17. · <br /> <br /> 44. That approval for the n~ber, type and location of fire <br /> h~drants be withheld pending final design, review by the <br /> Fire Marshal, and final review by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />45. That approval of the sanitary sewer system be withheld pending <br /> final design and until the developer has demonstrated to the <br /> satisfaction of the City Engineer that the proposed system is <br /> adequate, connects to an approved point of discharge, ~d meets <br /> both the i~ediate and long-range requirements of ~e sanitary <br /> system in this and all tributary areas. <br /> <br />46. That if a sanitary sewer lift station is installed for <br /> use by the development and if it is accepted by the City <br /> for maintenance and operation, an agreement shall be com- <br /> pleted between the City and the developer prior to the <br /> approval of the development to the effect that the develo er <br /> will provide a maintenance and operation fund for a minimum <br /> ten year period. <br /> <br /> . <br /> <br /> <br />
