C_ 6.7, in this city without a permit meeting the <br />requirements of said Chapter 6.7 issued by such other <br />local agency, shall obtain and keep current a <br />permit from city which conforms at a minimum to <br />Section 25284 and 25284.1 of the Health and Safety <br />Code." <br /> <br /> (b) Section 1.04(d.1) is added at page 3 to read: <br /> "D.1. Hazardous Material Management Plan Review <br /> Committee means a committee consisting 0f the <br /> Director of Public Works and Utilities, the <br /> · Assistant City Engineer, the Water/Sanitation <br /> Superintendent, City Chemist, Building Official, <br /> Fire Chief and Fire Marshall." <br /> <br /> (c) Section 1.04(E) at page 3 is amended to read: <br /> <br /> "Eo Offiger means the Fire Chief of the City of <br /> <br /> Pleasanton or any designee of the Fire Chief." <br /> <br /> (d) Section II.02(C) at page7 is amended to read: <br /> <br /> "C. Hazardous material located at a work station in <br /> <br /> a quantity reasonably required for use as <br /> determined for use by city under the circumstances. <br /> Unless otherwise determined by the city, <br /> the amount reasonably required for use shall <br /> not exceed the amount needed for one day's <br /> work and shall not exceed those quantities <br /> listed in Table 9-A of the 1979 Uniform Building <br /> Code." <br /> <br /> (e) Section II.03 is added at page--7 to read: <br /> <br /> oo <br /> <br /> <br />
