TITLE II ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br /> ChaDter 16 <br /> <br /> Hazardous Materials Storage Permits <br /> <br />§2-26.01 Adoption of the Santa Clara County Model Hazardous <br /> Materials Storage Permit Ordinance. There is hereby <br /> adopted by reference that certain code known as the Santa. <br /> Clara County Model Hazardous Material Storage Permit <br /> Ordinance dated May 5, 1983, except such portions as <br /> are hereinafter amended, modified or deleted, and the <br /> same is hereby adopted and incorporated as if set out <br /> <br /> · at length herein. Three (3) copies of this Uniform Code <br /> are on file in the office of the City Clerk for use by <br /> the public. <br /> <br />§2-26.02 Amendments, Modifications, Additions to and Deletions <br /> from the Adopted Code. The Adopted Code is modified as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> (a) Section 1.03(D) is added at page-2 to read: <br /> <br /> "D. The City shall apply for, and the officer shall <br /> consider and issue where appropriate, a permit <br /> in conformity with this Chapt'er for the storage <br /> of hazardous materials by city in an underground. <br /> storage tank, as those terms are defined in <br /> Chapter 6.7 of Division 20 of the California <br /> Health and Safety Code (Section 25280, et seq.), <br /> wherever the city's storage facility may be situated. <br /> Any other city, county, district or deDartment, <br /> or agency of the state which stores any hazardous <br /> substance, as those terms are defined in Chapter <br /> <br /> <br />
