When the Level of Service, as described in the <br />Hi~hway Capacity Manual, HRB Report 87, reaches <br />LO D (equal to or greater than 8li" Of capacity) , <br />at any affected intersection or intersections, the <br />Developer shall begin to implement feasible mitigation <br />measures. Affected intersections shall be those <br />intersections listed in Table 5 of the North <br />Pleasanton Traffic Study, Volume 3, with the <br />following modifications: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />i. Delete the following intersections: <br /> <br />D~ugherty Road/Dublin Boulevard <br />Foothill Road/Canyon Way (Dublin Canyon <br />Road) <br />Foothill RoadfDeodar Way <br />Stoneridge Drive/Foothill Road " <br />Johnson Drive/Willow Road <br />Johnson Drive/Rock Avenue (West) <br />Johnson Drive/Rock Avenue (East) <br /> <br />ii. Add the following intersections: <br /> <br />Hopyard Road/Valley Trails Norbh <br />Hopyard Road/Valley Trails South <br />Hopyard Road/Coronado <br />Santa Rita Road/Hohr Avenue <br /> <br />Mitigation measures may include, but are not <br />necessarily limited to, the following: <br /> <br />i. Construction of Stoneridge Drive/I-68D <br />interchange. <br /> <br />ii. Widening and improvement of the Hopyard <br />Road/I-S8D interchange. <br /> <br />iii. Widening of Santa Rita Road to six lanes from <br />1-580 to Valley Avenue. <br /> <br />iv. Construction of I-S8D/Hacienda Drive interchange, <br />and extension of Hacienda Drive to that <br />interchange. <br /> <br />v. Widening and improvement of I-58D/Santa Rita <br />Road interchange. <br /> <br />vi. Widening of Stoneridge Drive to six lanes <br />. between Foothill Road and Hopyard Road. <br /> <br />vii. Construction of the I-68D/West Las Positas <br />Boulevard interchange. <br /> <br />viii.Hidening of \-lest Las Positas Boulevard to six <br />lanes from I-68D to Hopyard Road. <br /> <br />ix. Construction of north and southbound auxiliary <br />lanes on I-68D between Stoneridge Drive and <br />I-S8D. <br />
