THE CITY OF <br /> <br />I' L£AS&NTONo <br /> <br />Attachment A <br /> <br />Policy For Public Use Of City <br />Meeting Rooms <br /> <br />Section I General Policies <br /> <br />The City maintains the following meeting rooms that are available to the public subject to <br />this policy. <br /> <br />Name of Location of Seating <br />Meeting Room Meeting Room Capacity <br />Pleasanton Library Meeting Rooms <br />Pleasanton Library Community Meeting Room 400 Old Bemal Avenue <br />Pleasanton Library Tulancin$o Room 400 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Administrative Meeting Rooms <br />City Council Chambers 200 Old Bernal <br />Large Conference Room 200 Old Bernal <br />OSC Meeting Room 3333 Busch Road <br /> <br />2. The Pleasanton Library Commission shall recommend to the City Council roles and <br /> regulations for the Library meeting rooms. <br /> <br />3. The City Manager shall interpret any matters related to the application of this policy and may <br /> deny, any request for meeting room usage based on a review of an application or any <br /> alternate use and may resehedule or cancel any meeting reservation based on City need. <br /> <br />4. Any meeting room activity must be open to the public and the City reserves the right to post <br /> any meeting. <br /> <br />5. No smoking or alcohol is permitted in any meeting room. <br /> <br />6. The applicant is responsible to maintain the cleanliness of the room. The City reserves the <br /> right to bill any applicant for any clean up or equipment repairs as a result ora meeting. <br /> <br />7. Meeting rooms may not be used for political solicitations or fundraising of any type and <br /> sign-up sheets or registration information may not be used for any political or commercial <br /> purposes. <br /> <br />8. No advertisement, circulation of petitions, or solicitation on behalf of a business or <br /> organization is allowed. <br /> <br />SR:03:27 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
