CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-007 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE POLICY FOR PUBLIC <br />USE OF CITY MEETING ROOMS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meet'rog of January 21, 2003, the City Council received a staff report from <br />the Deputy City Manager (SR 03:027) regarding a proposed policy for use of City <br />meeting rooms regulating the use of these meeting rooms to assure scheduling <br />consistency and to provide accurate information to the public regarding room <br />usage and availability; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves the Policy for Public Use of City Meeting Rooms, a copy of which is <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JANUARY 21, 2003 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Ayala, Brozosky, Campbell, Hosterman, and Mayor Pico <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
