First sentence of paragraph 6: He stated that it was his personal opinion that <br />Parks and Recreation would like Tawny Park to be used as a Judo class location. <br /> Second sentence of paragraph 6: He clarified that his family owned the property <br />at Valley Business Park since the 1970s and 1980s and that the buildings were <br />constructed in 1984. <br /> Third sentence of paragraph 6: He noted that he confused the subject building <br />with another building in the same parcel and indicated that he was wrong and <br />staff was correct in saying that the building does not have rear access. <br />Chair Pearce asked staff whether Mr. Balch’s corrections should be handled as <br />amendments to the September 9, 2009 minutes or as an addendum. <br />Mr. Roush replied that the fact that Mr. Balch made corrections and clarifications, as <br />well as those corrections and clarifications, would be reflected in the minutes for this <br />meeting. <br />Commissioner Blank moved to approve the Minutes of September 9, 2009 as <br />presented. <br />Commissioner Pentin seconded the motion. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Blank, Olson, Pearce, and Pentin. <br />NOES: None. <br />ABSTAIN: Commissioner Narum. <br />RECUSED: None. <br />ABSENT: Commissioner O’Connor <br />The Minutes of the September 9, 2009 meeting were approved as motioned. <br />3.MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />No comments were received. <br />4.REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Chair Pearce stated that she spoke with Mr. MacDonald, the only speaker for Item 6.a., <br />PPOL-1, City of Pleasanton, and he has graciously agreed to have the Commission <br />considerItem 6.b., PRZ-48, City of Pleasanton, first.
