§2- 15.01.20. GALLONS PER DAY (GPD) shall mean the <br />Volume, measured in gallons per day, of any Flow. <br />§2- 15.01.21. GARBAGE shall mean solid wastes from <br />the preparation, cooking, and dispensing of food and from <br />the handling, storage and sale o£ produce. <br />§2- 15.01.22. GREASE, OIL, and FATS shall mean any <br />material, or like material, that is soluble by the freon <br />extraction process. <br />§2- 15.01.23. INDUSTRIAL BUILDING shall mean any <br />building devoted principally to uses permitted by the Zoning <br />Ordinance other than residential and retail uses. <br />§2- 15.01.24. INDUSTRIAL USER shall mean an estab- <br />lishment engaged in producing, manufacturing, or processing <br />operations, and all other Users engaged in any activity <br />resulting in the production of Industrial Wastes which enter <br />the Sewerage System_ <br />§2- 15.01.25. INDUSTRIAL WASTES or INDUSTRIAL <br />SEWAGE shall mean a combination of liquid or water carried <br />Sewage or waste resulting from a manufacturing process <br />employed in industrial establishments, including without <br />limitation, any washing water, cleaning water or drain water <br />from such process. The same shall also include waste from <br />Zeolite -type softening regeneration plants and water from <br />commercial laundries. <br />§2- 15.01.26. INFILTRATION AND INFLOW (I /I) shall <br />mean the infiltration and inflow of water into the Sewerage <br />System. <br />§2- 15.01.27. LOCAL COSTS shall mean costs which <br />are borne in their entirety by the City and include all <br />expenses incurred up to the point of delivery of effluent to <br />the District system and all expenses associated with dispos- <br />ing of City effluent via the Livermore Amador Valley Water <br />Management Agency's wastewater export system. <br />§2- 15.01.28. MAJOR CONTRIBUTING INDUSTRY shall <br />mean an Industrial User who meets one (1) or more of the <br />following criteria, as determined by the Director: <br />1. The User is one of the thirty -four (34) <br />Natural Resources Defense Council "NRDC <br />industries for which the United States <br />Environmental Protection Agency intends to set <br />categorical standards, and the User is not in <br />an exempt subcategory; <br />3_ <br />yU 1 cx <br />1,p-2-8- <br />
