2. The User's average Flow exceeds twenty -five <br />thousand (25,000) GPD or the average BOD or SS <br />loading exceeds fifty (50) pounds per day; <br />3. The User's average Flow exceeds two thousand <br />five hundred (2,500) GPD, and priority pollu- <br />tants or prohibited discharge pollutants are <br />known to be present; <br />4. The User's average Flow is less than two <br />thousand five hundred (2,500) GPD, and <br />priority pollutants or prohibited discharge <br />pollutants are known to be present in signi- <br />ficant concentrations; <br />S. The User is known to have caused, is suspected <br />to have caused, or has the potential to cause <br />operational problems at the Treatment Plant. <br />§2- 15.01.29. Million Gallons /Million Gallons Per <br />Day (MG /MGD) shall mean one (1) million gallons and one (1) <br />million gallons per day, respectively. <br />§2- 15.01.30. MOBILE HOME shall mean any structure <br />intended to be occupied principally by one (1) family with- <br />out necessarily being divided into separate and distinct <br />areas and so constructed as to allow relocation of the <br />structure from place to place. <br />§2- 15.01.31. MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING shall mean <br />any multiple family dwelling, including without limitation <br />triplexes, quadplexes, apartments and mobile homes in mobile <br />home parks. <br />§2- 15.01.32. NEW USERS shall mean all persons who <br />commence discharging into the Sewerage System after the <br />effective date of the ordinance adopting this chapter. <br />§2- 15.01.33. NPDES shall mean the National <br />Pollutant Discharge Elimination System. <br />§2- 15.01.34. OCCUPANT shall mean and include any <br />individual, firm, corporation or other organization owning, <br />renting, leasing or otherwise occupying any Premises. <br />§2- 15.01.35.
