§2- 15.01.07. CITY shall mean the City o£ Pleasan- <br />ton, County of Alameda, State of California. <br />§2- 15.01.08. CITY COUNCIL shall mean the City <br />Council of the City. <br />§2- 15.01.09. CITY SEWER shall mean any Sewer <br />serving as a part of the Sewerage System which is owned by <br />the City. <br />§2- 15.01.10. COMMERCIAL BUILDING shall mean any <br />building devoted principally to a nonresidential use allowed <br />by the Zoning Ordinance. <br />§2- 15.01.11. COMMERCIAL GARBAGE GRINDER shall mean <br />a mechanical unit for pulverizing large quantities of wastes <br />by a Commercial User. <br />§2- 15.01.12. COMMERCIAL USER shall mean any non- <br />residential User that the Director determines discharges to <br />the Sewerage System primarily Sanitary Sewage. <br />Alameda. <br />§2- 15.01.13. COUNTY shall mean the County of <br />§2- 15.01.14. DEVELOPER shall mean any person who <br />applies to the City for permission to build, improve, <br />expand, or convert any Premises or tract of land to a use <br />which will require the use o£, or expanded use of, the <br />Sewerage System. <br />§2- 15.01.15. DIRECTOR shall mean the Director of <br />Public Works and Utilities for the City or the authorized <br />representative thereof. <br />§2- 15.01.16. DISTRICT shall mean the Dublin -San <br />Ramon Services District. <br />§2- 15.01.17. DWELLING UNIT shall mean any living <br />area occupied or intended to be occupied principally by a <br />separate family, including single family dwellings and the <br />individual units of duplexes, apartment houses, townhouses, <br />resident hotels, flats and motels. <br />§2- 15.01.18. EXISTING USERS shall mean all Users <br />discharging into the Sewerage System on the effective date <br />o£ the ordinance adopting this Chapter. <br />§2- 15.01.19.
