information would divulge information, processes or methods <br />which are confidential or which would be detrimental to the <br />User's competitive position. Wastewater constituents and <br />characteristics shall not be recognized as confidential <br />information. When requested by the person furnishing a <br />report, the portions of a report which might disclose trade <br />secrets or secret processes shall not be made available for <br />inspection by the public but shall be made available to <br />governmental agencies for use in making studies as neces- <br />sary; provided, however, that such confidential information <br />shall be available for use by the State or any agency of the <br />State in judicial review or enforcement proceedings involv- <br />ing the person furnishing the report. Information accepted <br />by the City as confidential shall not be transmitted to any <br />governmental agency or to the general public by the City <br />unless prior and adequate notification is given to the User. <br />the <br />ARTICLE 6 <br />RATES, FEES, AND CHARGES <br />§2- 15.50.01. CLASSIFICATION OF USERS. PERMIT FEES. Permit fees shall be <br />charged in order to recover the costs o£ application <br />processing, investigation, classification, and inspection <br />for all new Sewer construction and connections, Capacity <br />allocations, Wastewater Discharge Permits, special permits <br />and other services expressly or reasonably required to be <br />performed by the City pursuant to this Chapter. <br />29. <br />Ap z e- <br />(a) Fees shall be those charged as may be estab- <br />lished in the City's Resolution of Fees and Charges. <br />(b) In the event a fee has not been set pursuant <br />to §2- 15.50.02(a) above for a permit or service required by <br />this Chapter, the fee collected shall be an amount reason- <br />ably calculated, as determined by the Director, to reimburse <br />the City for its actual costs in processing the permit <br />application or providing the services requested. <br />
