(10) Other conditions as deemed appropriate by <br />the Director to insure compliance with this Chapter. <br />(11) The installation and maintenance by the <br />User, at the User's expense, of grease, oil and sand inter- <br />ceptors or traps that are necessary for the proper handling <br />of liquid wastes, the containment of grease and excessive <br />amounts of inflammable wastes and other harmful ingredi- <br />ents. All interceptors or traps shall be of a type and <br />shall have a capacity approved by the City and shall be <br />located so as to be readily and easily accessible for <br />cleaning and inspection. <br />(e) Duration of Permits; Modifications. Waste- <br />water Discharge Permits shall be issued for a specified time <br />period, not to exceed three (3) years. A permit may be <br />issued for a period less than one (1) year and may expire on <br />a specific date. <br />(1) The terms and conditions of the permit <br />may be subject to modification and change by the City during <br />the life of the permit as limitations or requirements <br />identified in this Chapter are modified and changed. <br />(2) The User shall be informed of any pro- <br />posed changes in the User's permit, other than termination <br />on the date originally scheduled, at least thirty (30) days <br />prior to the effective date o£ such change. Any changes or <br />new conditions in the permit shall include a reasonable time <br />for compliance. <br />(f) Permits Non Transferable. Each Wastewater <br />Discharge Permit shall be issued to a specific User for a <br />specific operation. A Wastewater Discharge Permit shall not <br />be reassigned or transferred or sold to a new owner, new <br />User, different Premises, or a new or changed operation. <br />§2- 15.40.21. SPECIAL PERMITS. Applications for <br />any special permit required by this Chapter, accompanied by <br />the applicable fees, shall be filed with the Director on a <br />form containing such information as required by the Direc- <br />tor. The Director may approve, disapprove, or conditionally <br />approve such applications. <br />§2- 15.40.22. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION. All infor- <br />mation and data on Users obtained from inspections, reports, <br />questionnaires, permit applications, permits and monitoring <br />programs shall be available to the public and other gov- <br />ernmental agencies without restriction unless the User <br />specifically requests and is able to demonstrate to the <br />satisfaction of the Director that the release of such <br />28. <br />Ap20 <br />
