Discharge Permit subject to terms and conditions provided <br />herein. <br />(d) Permit Conditions. Wastewater Discharge <br />Permits shall be expressly subject to all provisions of this <br />Chapter and all other regulations, user charges and fees <br />established by the City_ The conditions imposed in all <br />Wastewater Discharge Permits shall be uniformly enforced by <br />the Director in accordance with this Chapter and applicable <br />State and Federal regulations_ Permits may impose, without <br />limitation, conditions and requirements as follows: <br />(1) That the Applicant separate the <br />Industrial Wastes from the Sanitary Sewage prior to dis- <br />charge into the public Sewer. <br />(2) Limitations on the average and maximum <br />Wastewater constituents and characteristics. <br />(3) Limitations on the rate of Flow and the <br />time of discharge from the Premises_ <br />tion and <br />quantity <br />including <br />necessary. <br />charge reports_ <br />(4) Installation by the Applicant of inspec <br />sampling facilities sufficient to monitor the <br />and quality of Sewage discharged. <br />(5) Such pre treatment requirements, <br />a compliance schedule, as the Director may deem <br />Submission of technical reports or dis- <br />27_ C:4-tyDraft <br />-A 2 O <br />(6) Specifications for monitoring programs, <br />which may include sampling locations, frequency and method <br />of sampling, number, types and standards for tests, and <br />reporting schedules. Monitoring shall be provided by the <br />User at the User's expense, using a State certified labora- <br />tory. The User's laboratory, where available, may be used <br />if approved by the Director. <br />(8) Maintenance of plant records relating to <br />Wastewater discharge as specified by the Director and <br />affording the Director access thereto. <br />(9) Mean and maximum mass emission rates, or <br />other appropriate limits, when incompatible pollutants are <br />proposed or present in the User's Wastewater discharge. <br />
