Discharge Permit subject to terms and conditions provided herein. (d) Permit Conditions. Wastewater Discharge Permits shall be expressly subject to all provisions of this Chapter and all other regulations, user charges and fees established by the City_ The conditions imposed in all Wastewater Discharge Permits shall be uniformly enforced by the Director in accordance with this Chapter and applicable State and Federal regulations_ Permits may impose, without limitation, conditions and requirements as follows: (1) That the Applicant separate the Industrial Wastes from the Sanitary Sewage prior to dis- charge into the public Sewer.
