Mayor Orloff explain � same to his satisfacation. The <br />Council expressed satisfaction over th Hpies of the ordinance prepared by <br />the Clerk for distribution. <br />The following resolutions were then presented: <br />Resolution No. 1531 -- Authorizing the payment of the salaries of the munici al <br />officers' for the month of December and amounting to 9745.00. <br />No. 1532 -- Authorizing the payment to T.H.Silver, Town Treasurer <br />the sum of $75.00 for six coupons of interest ® $12.50 <br />each for the Municipal eater Bonds. <br />Action of the resolutions were then taken as follows., <br />Resolution No. 1531--Adopted on motion of Councilman Amaral, seconded by Council - <br />tian Olesen-And with all the Councilmen in favor of same. <br />No. 1532 -- Adopted on motion of Councilman Amaral, seconded by Council- <br />man Madsen and with all the Councilmen in favor of same. <br />There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 9:30 o'clock <br />to meet in regular session on Monday evening, FebruaXy 4, 1935 at 7:30 o'clock. <br />Approved: <br />Mayor <br />H <br />Pleasanton, California, January 14, 1935. <br />The' Town Council of the Town of Pleasanton .was called to order at 7:30 <br />P.M. on the above written date by Mayor Thos'. Orloff. Present at roll call <br />were Councilmen: Madsen, Amaral, Olesen, Rivolta and Orloff. \ <br />The Clerk advised the Council that the special meeting had been called <br />with reference to S ' R.A. projects and more° especially _the project of the <br />sewer farm. He advised that he had secured information from the S.E_.R.A. <br />headquarters to the affect that 196 feet of 10" vitrified pipe would �e­donated <br />to the project if the submission of the project was not delayed. Councilman <br />Madsen advised that an additional 700 feet would be, needed and he figured <br />that the approximate cost of materials to be supplie=d by the municipality <br />as amounting_ to $300.00 more or less., It was decided that Mr. Madsen should <br />go into the project and outline same and that it should be submitted. <br />Councilman Olesen took up the matter of pipe needed for drainage projects <br />and it was decided that same should be ordered if the sewer farm project was <br />approved. Discussion followed with regards to putting in curb and gutter <br />similiar to what was done by the S.E.R.A. at San Leandro and which had been <br />highly successful.
