<br />Superintendent of Streets: -- Showing that'work on'streets had amounted to $121.25
<br />during the month of November, 1933.
<br />Town Marshal: -- Showing that he had received water bills from the Clurk amounting
<br />to $1063.00; that he collected water bills amounting to $798.95, and that he had
<br />returned water bills amounting to $p264'.05. He also collected licenses amounting
<br />to $144.00 as follows: 1 licenses Q $20.00 -- $20,00, 1 license at $16.00, $16.00,
<br />and .9 licenses Q $12.00 - $108.00.. He also collected milk inspection fees
<br />of V632.42, and Taxes in the amount of $4266.65.
<br />Treasurer: -- Shading that he had cash on hand at last report of 6358.05; and
<br />since then collections had amounted to $5346.92 and that payment of town
<br />warrants had amounted to $"3221.36, leaving a cash balance of $8483.61.
<br />City Judge: -- No report for November on account of there being nothing taking
<br />place at the court.
<br />Health Offices: -- Shoveling that no activities had taken place during the month.
<br />Fire Chief:--Report of the activities of the Department for the month of Bovember,
<br />1933.
<br />Milk Inspector: -- Showing Laboratory Report of Milk Samples for November, 1933.
<br />Building Inspector: - -No reports submitted as there was no activity in that
<br />department.
<br />The reports were referred to the finance committee for examination and
<br />report.

<br />of the American Company vs. the City of Lakeport.
<br />15, 1933 - -Shell Oil Company, concerning contract dated January 31, 1931
<br />and the company's election to terminate February 13, 1934 in
<br />pursurance to the President's Recovery Program.
<br />27, 1933 -- Western Pacific Railroad Company, regarding street crossings
<br />in Pleasanton.
<br />It if " 28,1933 - -- Southern Pacific Railroad Company, regarding repairs to the
<br />surface of the railroad crossings within the city limits.
<br />28, 1933 - -Bruce Heathcote with regards to matters at the race track
<br />about which he was advised earlier in the month.
<br />29, 1933 - -Dr. I. 0. Church, Alameda County Health Officer with reference
<br />to Steve Adamian and his change in the sate for the dumping
<br />of garbage.
<br />December 2, 1933 - -T. H. Silver, Secretary - Treasurer. Pleasanton Fire Department
<br />regarding the amount due the Pleasanton Fire Department and
<br />the last warrant for compensation being dated September 8, 1931
<br />for the year 1930.
<br />A recess followed during which the finance committee examined Claims No. 208
<br />to 257 inclusive and amounting to $941.97 as well as the offi�c.ers monthly reports.
<br />Following the recess after which the meeting had been called to order again
<br />Councilman Apperson of the finance committee reported that the committee had
<br />approved Claims No. 208 to 257 inclusive and amounting to $941.97. On his
<br />motion seconded by Councilman Madsen and with all present in favor of same the
<br />claims were ordered paid. Councilman.Apperson then reported that the finance
<br />committee had approved the officers,monthly reports and he made a motion to the
<br />affect that they be placed on file. There being no objections same were ordered
<br />filed.
