<br />The Town Council of the Town of Pleasanton was called to order at 7:30 P.M
<br />on the above written date with Mayor A. B. Pickard presiding. Present at roll
<br />call were :Councilmen Madsen, Apperson, Orloff and Pickard, and absent :Councilman
<br />Garatti .
<br />The minutes of the 1w evious two meetings were read and pproved with slight
<br />corrections being made in each. 6ouneilman Madsen, aski -the required change
<br />be made concerning his action on the report of the Fire Chief;and also that the
<br />drainage project be included, in those considered for recommendation to the
<br />Civil Works Administration.
<br />The. Clerk then read claims No. 208 to 257 inclusive and amounting to 4941.97

<br />These claims were referred to the finance committee for audit and report.
<br />The Clerk then read the following reports of the municipal officers:
<br />Water Department: -- Showing that water had been turned on at three places and off
<br />at seven.- Changed two hydrants, and ran cast Iron Pipe to main sewer at McKinley
<br />Park. Report also showed that there were 401 Taps in Town and 33 outside of town,
<br />that there were 469 services' -in Town, (On 437, Off 32) and 42 services outside of
<br />town (On 41, Off 1), total number of services 511. The report showed that the
<br />expenses were 024.66 and the income 0883-.95, and the total over and above
<br />expenses were 459.29. The: report showed that the total hours pumping at Pump
<br />No. 1, 104 -J, total hours pumping at Pump No. 2, 6, Total allons water pumped
<br />at Pump ill, 2,809,001 Total gallons water pumped at Pump #2, 150,000.
