46 <br />COUNCILMAN ABROTT said that Mr. Maderios on Rose Ave. has requested a new septic <br />tank approx. $125.00 to•erect, a cement'tank. <br />Council gave their O.K. to construct same. <br />RENO CAIRO gave the price of $13.50 per hour to dig ditch and sump hole at old pond <br />area or approx $325.00 for the job. <br />Discussion followed: <br />It was decided that George Sobiela could hire two laborers t'o dig the ditch and sump <br />hole and was instructed to do so. <br />COUNCILMAN ABROTT reported that Diamond Match Co. had notified him that Permanente <br />was unable to supply the lime as ordered. <br />Clerk was instructed a to place order for Diamond Spring $31.29 plus tax from the <br />Diamond Match Lumber Company <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2150 ratifying State Mutual Aid Program and making Pleasanton member <br />of the Disaster Council was adopted on motion of Councilman Abrott, seconded by <br />Councilman Trimingham and approved by all Councilman present. <br />CITY ATTORNEY GALE reviewed the Fire Insurance at the Sewer Farm and discussed the <br />value of adding the 90% average clause to this policy. <br />Mr. Gale was instructed to obtain the rates to add digester under the 90% clause; <br />to obtain approx. value of Control House equipment especially the panel board <br />and rates for extended coverage, malicious taisthief vandalism at Sewer Farm.. <br />RESOLUTION 2151 authorizing payment for the new 1951 Plymouth police car. <br />Moved by Councilman Trimingham, seconded by Councilman Abrott and approved by all <br />Councilman present. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2152 authorizing payment :for new 1951 Chevrolet pick -up Truck. <br />Moved by Councilman Trimingham, seconded by Councilman Hansen and approved by all <br />Councilmen present. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2153 authorizing payroll for the month of March in the total of <br />$3,004.50. <br />Moved by Councilman Trimingham,, seconded by Councilman Abrott and approved by all <br />Councilmen present. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2154 adbpting budget and approving the agreement for expenditure of <br />Gas Tax Allocations for Maintenance Fund. <br />Moved "by Councilman Hansen, seconded by Councilman and approved by all Councilmen <br />present. <br />THE CLERK was instructed to write Mrs. Fred Young, offering the Town's employ- <br />ees condolences in the untimely passing of Fred Young City Clerk of Livermore. <br />THERE BEING no further business to come before the Council, the meeting was adjour- <br />ned at 12 :55 A.M. to meet again in regular session on May 7, 1951 at 8 :00 P.M. <br />Mayor <br />"or <br />crfflaillW <br />
