Noes: None. <br />Absent; None. <br />Trustee Pickard further reported that finance committee had examined and approved <br />the officers' monthly reports, and upon instructions of President Bruce they were placed <br />on file.- <br />Wat e 'er Mains Needed <br />City Sinclair reported to the board the need of water mains on Abbie Street <br />between Second and Third streets also on Third street. <br />New Business <br />The communication of the Spring Valley Water Comapny relating to the land on which the <br />Camp grounds is situated was taken up. The water company suggested that the board <br />enter into a lease with them for the property.
