<br />Trustee Pickard further reported that finance committee had examined and approved
<br />the officers' monthly reports, and upon instructions of President Bruce they were placed

<br />Wat e 'er Mains Needed
<br />City Sinclair reported to the board the need of water mains on Abbie Street
<br />between Second and Third streets also on Third street.
<br />New Business
<br />The communication of the Spring Valley Water Comapny relating to the land on which the
<br />Camp grounds is situated was taken up. The water company suggested that the board
<br />enter into a lease with them for the property. The board referred the matter to the city
<br />attorney with instructions to ascertain if the water company would sell the land, and if
<br />so, they would accept as purchase price.

<br />Whereas the 21st installment of interest on the Town Hall Bond, is due and payable on
<br />December 1st., 1924, amounting to $125.00,
<br />Be it Resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Pleasanton, that the clerk be
<br />and he is hereby authorized and instructed to draw a warrant on the Town i`reasurer in favor
<br />of L. Benedict for the sum of one hundred and twenty -five dollars in payment of interest
<br />on band.

<br />Whereas, there is now due the Neptune Meter company the sum of 419.50 in payment for
<br />200 5/8 inch gaskets .furnished by them for the use o' the Pleasanton Water Department.
<br />Be It Resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Pleasanton, that the clerk be and
<br />he is hereby authorized and instructed to draw a warrant on the Town Treasurer in Favor of
<br />the Neptune Meter Company for the sum of Nineteen and one half dollars in payment of gaskets.
<br />The adottion of this resolution was moved by Trustee Bairos, seconded by Trustee Orloff
