<br />Wereas th report of Special Auditor T. H. Silver, dated November 29, 1924, shows a
<br />charge against the Marsh91 of the Town of Pleasanton on the books of•the Town clerk, amounting
<br />to $721.62, which charge has been accumulating for several years in the manner set forth
<br />in said auditor's report, and
<br />Whereas, it is apparant to this board that such charge is due to the method formerly
<br />used in keeping books of this municipality, and does not actually represent money owed the
<br />Town of Pleaanton, and
<br />Whereas, it is deemed essential that the accounts of the Town of Pleasanton and
<br />its officers be corrected in accordnnc e with the recommendation of the special
<br />Now Therefore Be It Resolved, that the Town clerk be and he is hereby authorized and
<br />instructed to cancel such charge of '721.62 against the marshal on his books.
