560 <br />The following resolutions were then read: <br />Resolution No. 954. <br />Whereas, the 47th installment of interest on Water Bond No. 24, becomes due and <br />payable January 16, 1924; <br />There 'ore Be It Resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Pleasanton, <br />that the Clerk be and he is herebu authorized and instructed to draw a warrant on <br />the Town Treasurer in favor of E. L. Benedict for the sum of two hundred and twelve <br />Dollars in payment of the 47th installment of interest on the Water Bond No. 24. <br />The foregoing resolution was moved by Trustee Pickard, seconded by'Trustee <br />Garatti, and carried by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Pickard, Garatti, Bairosii Bruce and Schween. <br />Noes; None. <br />Absent: None. <br />Garatti,'and carried by the following vote: <br />Resolution No. 951 <br />Whereas, the premiums on fire insurance.policies covering the town.hall and con- <br />tents, amounting to 0154.80, are now due and payable, <br />Be It Resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Pleasanton that the <br />Clerk be and he is hereby authorized and instructed to draw a warrant on the Town <br />Treasurer in favor of F. ti. Gale ...for. the sum of One Hundred and i -four dollars <br />and eighty cents in payment of insurance premiums. <br />The adoption of this r solution was moved by Trustee Bairos, seconded by Trustee <br />Ayes: Trustees Pickard, Garatti, Bairos, Bruce and Schwen. <br />Noes; None. <br />Absent: None. <br />Resolution Np. b603 <br />Whereas, there is due from the Town of Pleasanton to the 1.ix Compressed Air and <br />Drill Company, the sum of two dollars for supplies. <br />Be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Pleasanton, that the <br />Clerk be and he is hereby authorized and instructed to draw a warrant on the town <br />Treasurer in favor of Rex Compressed Air and Drill company for two dollars in <br />payment of their claim. <br />The adoption of this resolution was moved by Trustee Garatti, seconded by Trustee <br />Bairos and ssemadsdzbgzthe carried by the following vote: <br />Approved: <br />Ayes: Trustees Piui aru., Garatt3 Bairosr Bruce: and 5chween. <br />Noes; None. <br />Absent: None. <br />There being no further business the Board .4iourned until January 14th; 1924, <br />at 61;30 o8cicok P?
