(B) That the applicant or any other person who <br /> will be directly engaged in the management and operation <br /> of a massage establishment or home therapy massage has <br /> been convicted of: " <br /> <br />Section 8: Section 6.24.170 PMC is amended in its entirety to <br /> read as follows: <br /> <br /> "6.24.170 Massage establishment and home therapy <br /> massage permit - Revocation or suspension. <br /> <br /> Any permit issued for a massage establishment or <br /> home therapy massage may be revoked or suspended by the <br /> chief of police, after a hearing conducted pursuant to <br /> Section 6.24,190, in any case where any of the <br /> provisions of this chapter are violated, or where any <br /> employee of the permittee, including, but not limited <br /> to, massage technician, is engaging in immoral conduct <br /> or activities at permittee's place of business. Such <br /> permit may also be revoked or suspended by the chief of <br /> police, after hearing, upon recommendation of the health <br /> officer that such business is being managed, conducted <br /> or maintained without regard for the public health or <br /> health of patrons or customers, or without due regard to <br /> proper sanitation or hygiene." <br /> <br />Section 9: Section 6.24.200 PMC is amended in its entirety to <br /> read as follows: <br /> <br /> "6.24.200 Employment of minors prohibited. <br /> <br /> It is unlawful for the owner, proprietor, manager <br /> or any other person in charge of any massage <br /> establishment or home therapy massage to employ any <br /> person who is not at least eighteen years of age." <br /> <br />Section 10: Section 6.24.210 PMC is amended in its entirety to <br /> read as follows: <br /> <br /> "6.24.210 Sale or transfer of business. <br /> <br /> Upon sale or transfer of the massage establishment <br /> or home therapy massage, the permit and license therefor <br /> shall be null and void." <br /> <br />Section 11: Section 6.24,230 PMC is amended in its entirety to <br /> read as follows: <br /> <br /> "6.24.230 Daily register. <br /> <br /> Every person who engages in or conducts a massage <br /> establishment or home therapy massage shall keep a daily <br /> register, approved inform by the policy department, of <br /> all patrons, the hour of patron's arrival, the room or <br /> cubicle assigned to patron, if any, and massage <br /> technician who massaged the patron.
