Section 17.28,130, to each City Councilmember and to members of <br />the public who have requested a copy. <br /> (c) The Council need take no action on the annual <br />report unless Council determines that its approved findings of <br />overcrowding are no longer valid. <br /> (d) If Council determines that its approved findings of <br /> overcrowding are no longer valid for a given school district, <br /> then the fees established by this chapter for that type of school <br /> district shall thereafter not apply within the area of that <br /> district- <br /> Section 17.28.130 Oversight Committee <br /> (a) There is hereby established an Oversight Committee <br /> to review the usage and continuing validity of school impact <br /> fees. <br /> (b) The proceedings of the Oversight Committee shall be <br /> informal- <br /> (c) Members of the Oversight Committee shall consist of <br /> any school board members or staff members designated by the <br /> affected school districts, and City Councilmembers or staff <br /> members designated by the Mayor subject to Council approval and <br /> any members of the local development community designated by the <br /> local development communitY. <br /> (d) If a quorum of any public body is represented on <br /> the Oversight Committee, then all requirements of the Ralph M. <br /> Brown Act (Government Code Section 54950 et seq.) shall apply to <br /> any proceedings of the Committee. <br /> (e) The Mayor of the City of pleasanton shall call the <br /> first meeting of the Oversight Committee each year for a date <br /> within one month from the date the school districts submit the <br /> annual report required by section 17'28'120- <br /> Section 17.28,140 Sunset Clause <br /> This ordinance and the fees established pursuant to this <br /> ordinance shall terminate as of September 1, 1991 unless extended <br /> by ordinance of the City Council prior to that date. <br /> ~ection 2: In the event that state legislation preempts any <br /> portion of this ordinance, it Is the intention of the <br /> City Council that all remaining portions of the <br /> ordinance shall be given full force and effect in <br /> accordance with their original intent, including fee <br /> levels to the extent permitted by law. <br /> Section 3: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> ) days after its adoption in a newspaper of general <br /> £~culation published in the City of pleasanton- <br /> <br /> - 8 - <br /> <br /> <br />
