APPEALS <br /> Any decision, requirement or determination made by the Planning Manager regarding the <br /> point scores on the traffic weighted point system and the allocation reservation may be <br /> appealed to the Planning Commission and the City Council pursuant to the Walnut Creek <br /> Municipal Code, Article 5, "Appeals or their successive sections. The appeal shall be in <br /> writing and shall be received by the Planning Division within 10 days of the Planning <br /> Manager's written decision. The appeal shall specifically set forth the decision appealed <br /> from and shall state in clear and concise language the reasons for the appeal. <br /> XII. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> These regulations shall apply to all development project applications deemed complete <br /> after September 1, 1993 <br /> 15 <br />
