CITY OF PLEASANTON SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT <br /> FOR STANLEY BLVD. RULE 20B <br /> 5.5 City Staff Review Meeting "CONSULTANT" shall meet with City <br /> Engineering Staff to review comments on the 90% plans. Also, this <br /> meeting will be to discuss project management issues, such as schedule, <br /> construction budget, and strategies for public relations. <br /> 5.6 5.8 90% Plans "CONSULTANT" shall prepare 90% Plans based on <br /> comments from City, Building Department, utility companies and property <br /> owners. <br /> 5.9 90% Specifications "CONSULTANT" shall prepare 90% specifications <br /> based on comments on the 50% specifications and changes on the 90% <br /> plans. <br /> 5.10 90% Estimate "CONSULTANT" shall prepare a detailed cost estimate <br /> for 90% Submittal. <br /> 5.11 90% PS &E Submittal "CONSULTANT" shall submit five copies to city, <br /> two copies to PG &E. <br /> 5.12 Open House Technical Review After the 90% submittal we <br /> recommend an evening review session with the property owners. The <br /> Open House format allows for more one -on -one attention, which is <br /> appropriate for final design. The design team would set up 2 or 3 stations <br /> where residents can review the 90% plans with the design team. The 31 <br /> property owners would be invited at staggered time periods between 6:00 <br /> pm and 9:00 pm. <br /> 6 100% Submittal <br /> 6.1 100% City Review Period "CONSULTANT" shall be available for <br /> questions during City review. <br /> 6.2 Consultant Field Review "CONSULTANT" shall walk revisit a portion of <br /> the residences during the City review period. This task will allow the <br /> design team to perform field quality control review, and to clarify any <br /> design questions that arise during 100% design. <br /> 6.3 PG &E Coordination Meeting "CONSULTANT" shall host a PG &E <br /> coordination meeting to review comments on the 90% plans. <br /> 6.4 Building Department Coordination Meeting "CONSULTANT" shall <br /> meet separately with the building department to clarify any comments on <br /> the 90% plans. <br /> BELLECCI ASSOCIATES, INC JULY 10, 2009 <br />
