CITY OF PLEASANTON SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT <br /> FOR STANLEY BLVD. RULE 20B <br /> 4.4 50% Construction Phasing Plans "CONSULTANT" shall coordinate <br /> with City and PG &E to develop 50% Construction Phasing plans in order <br /> to minimize the utility service interruption to each of the property and to <br /> ensure that the street lighting are provided for safety and security at all <br /> time. <br /> 4.5 50% Specifications "CONSULTANT" shall prepare 50% specifications <br /> for the work shown on the Composite Drawing Plans. The specifications <br /> will include requirements from utility companies. The City of Pleasanton <br /> has standard bid specifications that are bid ready. The design team only <br /> needs to provide special provisions for work items not covered in the City <br /> Standard Special Provisions. <br /> 4.6 50% Estimate "CONSULTANT" shall prepare a detailed cost estimate <br /> for 50% Plans. The detailed estimate will be spreadsheet that has a <br /> separate row for each of the 31 properties. <br /> 4.7 50% PS &E Submittal "CONSULTANT" shall submit five copies to City, <br /> two copies to PG &E. <br /> 5 90% Submittal <br /> 5.1 90% City Review Period "CONSULTANT" shall be available for <br /> questions during City review. <br /> 5.2 Consultant Field Review "CONSULTANT" shall walk revisit a portion of <br /> the residences during the City review period. This task will allow the <br /> design team to perform quality control, and to clarify any design questions <br /> that arise during 50% design. <br /> 5.3 PG &E Coordination Meeting "CONSULTANT" shall host a PG &E <br /> coordination meeting to review the PG &E plans vs. the City Utility <br /> Connection Plans The agenda for the meeting includes: <br /> a) Coordinate Plan Sets <br /> b) Review Construction Schedules <br /> c) Construction Phasing Plans <br /> d) Funding /Detailed Estimate <br /> e) Utility Trench Locations <br /> f) Termination Can Locations <br /> 5.4 Building Department Coordination Meeting "CONSULTANT" shall <br /> meet separately with the building department to clarify any building permit <br /> issues. <br /> BELLECCI ASSOCIATES, INC JULY 10, 2009 <br />
