RULE 20B <br /> 6.5 City Staff Review Meeting "CONSULTANT" shall meet with City <br /> Engineering Staff to review comments on the 90% plans. <br /> 6.6 -6.8 Signed Plans "CONSULTANT" shall prepare Signed Plans <br /> based on 90% comments from City, Building Department, utility <br /> companies and property owners. <br /> 6.9 Signed Specifications with Boilerplate "CONSULTANT" shall prepare <br /> signed specifications which shall be incorporated by the City into the <br /> boilerplate specifications prepared by the City for all general condition <br /> requirements. <br /> 6.10 Final Estimate "CONSULTANT" shall prepare a detailed cost estimate <br /> for Stamped Plans. <br /> 6.11 Stamped PS &E Submittal "CONSULTANT" shall submit signed plans <br /> and specifications. <br /> 7 Bid Support <br /> 7.1 Bid Questions "CONSULTANT" shall be available to answer technical <br /> questions from bidders during the bid period and recommend and prepare <br /> addenda as necessary. The hours provided for bid support will <br /> correspond to the hours provided in the budget sheet. <br /> 8 Construction Support <br /> 8.1 Submittals "CONSULTANT" shall review material submittals and shop <br /> drawings for compliance with contract documents.
