CITY OF PLEASANTON SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT <br /> FOR STANLEY BLVD. RULE 20B <br /> 3.10 Public Meeting "CONSULTANT" assist City staff with preparation and <br /> back -up documents for the public hearing required for the Underground <br /> Utility District formation. Work involved may include draft, CAD maps, <br /> printouts of current designs and exhibits. <br /> 4 50% Submittal <br /> 4.1 50% Joint Trench Plans "CONSULTANT" shall prepare Joint Trench <br /> Plans for the Stanley Blvd. based on the approved preliminary joint trench <br /> route. Plans will include the location of the joint trench and the connection <br /> points to the individual property owners. <br /> List of plan sheets to be included are: <br /> Cover sheet <br /> Joint Trench Plans (Composite Utility Plans) <br /> Joint Trench Detail Sheets <br /> 4.2 50% Overhead Conversion Plans "CONSULTANT" shall prepare a <br /> detailed set of overhead to underground conversion plans. <br /> "CONSULTANT" shall coordinate service point locations with property <br /> owner, utility companies, and City's Building Department. <br /> "CONSULTANT" shall identify and provide plans for each individual <br /> property affected which show the new service point location, the removal <br /> of overhead fixtures, and the details of the proposed repairs of roofing and <br /> walls scarred by this process. Landscape design, if needed, will be <br /> handled by performance specifications and /or notes. Sample plans are <br /> shown in the proposal. <br /> List of plan sheets to be included are: <br /> Cover sheet <br /> Site plan for each property (2 -4 properties per sheet) <br /> Elevation View <br /> Roof modification details <br /> Construction phasing plan <br /> 4.3 50% Box Grading Plans "CONSULTANT" shall prepare Box Grading <br /> Plans showing the location and grading slope for the boxes to be installed <br /> during the Stanley Blvd. road construction phase. Plans will include the <br /> location of the joint trench and the connection points to the individual <br /> property owners. The grading around the boxes will be based on the <br /> design elevations shown on the Stanley Boulevard Roadway Plans from <br /> 2006.
