whereabouts of such persons are unknown and the same <br />cannot be ascertained by the Chief Building Official in the <br />exercise of reasonable diligence and the Chief Building <br />Official shall make an affidavit to that effect, then said <br />notice shall be served by publishing that once each week <br />for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in <br />the City and by posting said notice on the property prior to <br />the date of first publication. Such notice shall contain, <br />among other things, the following information: <br />A. Name of owner or other persons interested, as provided <br />in this Section; <br />B. Street address and legal description of the property on <br />which such a building or structure is located; <br />C. A general description of the matter which is being <br />appealed; <br />D. The owner's right of appeal to the City Council. <br /> <br />20.12.140 Section 710.1 Amended - Drainage Of Certain Fixture: <br /> <br />Section 710.1 of the California Building Standards Code 2001 Edition (24 <br /> CCR), and including by reference the Uniform Plumbing Code, <br /> 2000 Edition, is amended as follows: <br /> <br />Drainage piping serving fixtures which have flood level <br />rims less than twelve (12) inches (304.8 mm) above the <br />elevation of the next upstream manhole and/or flushing <br />inlet cover at the public or private sewer system serving <br />such drainage piping shall be protected from back flow of <br />sewage by installing an approved type backwater valve. <br />Fixtures above such elevation shall not discharge through <br />the backwater valve, unless first approved by the Director <br />of Public Works." <br /> <br />Section 4. Chapter 20.16 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, as amended, is <br />hereby further amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"20.16.010 Uniform Mechanical Code adopted. <br /> <br />A. There is adopted by reference that certain code <br />known as the Uniform Mechanical Code, more <br />particularly described in this Section, except as <br />amended, modified or deleted in this Chapter, and <br />the same is adopted and incorporated as fully as if <br />set out at length in this Chapter. <br /> 50 <br /> <br /> <br />
