Scope of Services Kiva upgrade to Accela Automation City of Pleasanton, CA <br /> Configure the ability apply for and issue over the counter permits on -line <br /> The deliverable will be the successful demonstration of the Accela Citizen Access module. <br /> An estimate of 80 hours is allocated to Accela Citizen Access services. <br /> City Responsibilities: <br /> Arrange for the availability of appropriate people for the system installation, setup, testing, and quality <br /> assurance throughout the setup process <br /> Procure appropriate online merchant account for processing of online credit card payments. <br /> Provide people and physical resources based on the dates outlined in the project schedule. <br /> Provide information on the services and selected CAPS that the City desires to offer via Accela Citizen <br /> Access. <br /> Add On Product Accela Wireless <br /> TruePoint will install and configure the Accela Wireless application. As part of this deliverable TruePoint will perform <br /> the configuration tasks required to ensure Accela Wireless interfaces with Accela Automation in both a support and <br /> production environment. <br /> Accela Wireless will enable a City inspector to perform the following activities: <br /> Result inspections in either store /forward or wireless mode for Application Types <br /> Print violation reports in the field <br /> The deliverable will be the successful demonstration of the Accela Wireless application. <br /> An estimate of 24 hours is allocated to Accela Wireless Application installation services. <br /> City Responsibilities: <br /> Arrange for the availability of appropriate people for the system installation, setup, testing, and quality <br /> assurance throughout the setup process <br /> Order and procure necessary hardware, non Accela systems software, and networking infrastructure as <br /> specified by Accela. <br /> 0 2009 TruePoint Solutions, LLC.
