Scope of Services Kiva upgrade to Accela Automation City of Pleasanton, CA <br /> TRAINING <br /> Train the Trainer Training: TruePoint will provide on -site and /or remote WebEx training sessions for the following <br /> areas: Daily Activities, Administrator, Event Scripting, Accela GIS, Accela Citizen Access, and Accela Wireless. <br /> Training hours will be distributed among the training categories as mutually agreed by TruePoint and City project <br /> stakeholders. Training will be train the trainer or actual administrator training depending on the class. <br /> A total of 80 hours will be allocated to Training services. <br /> City Responsibilities: <br /> Properly select and prepare the power -users who will be participating in the training and subsequently <br /> training end users. <br /> Arrange the time and qualified people for the training who are critical to the project success. <br /> PRODUCTION GO LIVE SUPPORT <br /> Production Go Live is defined as the first production use of the system. TruePoint will be on site during the cutover <br /> process and assure that the system is operating in accordance with Accela Automation specifications and capabilities <br /> and the System Configuration document. <br /> An estimate of 40 hours is allocated for Production Go Live services. <br /> 2009 TruePoint Solutions, LLC.
