d. the nature of any event, such as a public display or exhibition, accompanying the proposed discharge of firearms; e. prior to the issuance of any permit the Chief of Police shall confer with such other City staff members as he may feel have an interest in the issuance of any firearm discharge permit and shall notify the upon the granting of any such permit. The Chief of Police may attach restrictions, conditions and requirements on any firearm discharge permit derived through the application of these guidelines. Section 18. Definitions of "Bus" and Holidays for Traffic Purposes. PMC Section 5-1.01 a., and f. are amended in their entirety to read as follows: Section 5-1.01: Definitions. a. Bus. Any motor vehicle, other than a motor truck or truck tractor, designed for carrying more than ten (10) persons including the driver, and used or maintained for the transportation of passengers except that a van pool vehicle, as defined in Section 668 of the Vehicle Code, and any motor vehicle, other than a motor truck or truck tractor, designed for carrying not more than fifteen (15) persons, including the driver, when the driver is transporting only members of the household of the owner thereof shall not be considered a bus for the purposes of this section. f. Within the meaning of this Title, holidays are those enumerated below: (1) January 1st. (2) The third Monday in February, known as "Washington Day." (3) The last Monday in May known as "Memorial Day." (4) July 4th. (5) The first Monday in September known as "Labor Day." (6) The eleventh day of the eleventh month, known as "Veterans Day." (7) Thanksgiving Day (8) The Friday following Thanksgiving Day. (9) Christmas Eve Day. (10) December 25th.
