Such permit may also be revoked or suspended <br /> by the Chief of Police, after hearing, upon <br /> recommendation of the Health Officer that such business <br /> is being managed, conducted or maintained without regard <br /> for the public health or health of patrons or customers, <br /> or without due regard to proper sanitation or hygiene or <br /> in violation of this Chapter. <br /> <br />Section 15. Regulation of Conduct of Waiters, Waitresses, etc. <br /> PMC Section 4-15.01 is amended in its entirety to read <br /> as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 4-15.01: Prohibition of "Topless" and <br /> "Bottomless" Waitersr Waitresses and Entertainers. Upon <br /> conviction, a person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor <br /> who, while acting as a waiter, waitress or entertainer <br /> in an establishment which serves alcoholic beverages for <br /> consumption on the premises of such establishment in <br /> conjunction with or without the sale of any other food <br /> or beverages: <br /> <br /> a. Exposes , , ,. <br /> <br /> PMC Sections 4-15.04 through and including 4-15.09 are <br /> hereby repealed in their entirety. <br /> <br />Section 16. Interference With Firemen. PMC Section 4-4.34 is <br /> added to read as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 4-4.34 Permit to Discharge Weapon. In <br /> considering applications for permission to discharge a <br /> firearm or firearms within the City the Chief of Police <br /> shall consider the following factors and guidelines; <br /> <br /> a. the location of the proposed activity and whether <br /> or not discharging firearms at such location would <br /> place at risk nearby human safety or property. In <br /> general, permission in residential areas will not <br /> be granted; <br /> <br /> b. the time of day and day(s) of the week of the <br /> proposed activity; <br /> <br /> c. the type(s) of firearms proposed to be discharged, <br /> their noise levels, discharge characteristics, <br /> etc.; <br /> <br /> <br />
