Such permit may also be revoked or suspended by the Chief of Police, after hearing, upon recommendation of the Health Officer that such business is being managed, conducted or maintained without regard for the public health or health of patrons or customers, or without due regard to proper sanitation or hygiene or in violation of this Chapter. Section 15. Regulation of Conduct of Waiters, Waitresses, etc. PMC Section 4-15.01 is amended in its entirety to read as follows: Section 4-15.01: Prohibition of "Topless" and "Bottomless" Waitersr Waitresses and Entertainers.
