5. Coordination and consultation with Alameda Waste Management and Recycling <br /> Board in regard to the Bay Friendly Landscape Guidelines and Scorecard <br /> qualifications. <br /> B. Construction Documents <br /> 1. Complete planting plans at 20 scale for each street with keyed -in plant list noting <br /> botanical names, common names, sizes and quantities, final designation of cobble <br /> paved surfaces within medians, tree protection measures for existing trees to <br /> remain, along with City Standard Installation Details and Specifications, and <br /> necessary special provisions. <br /> 2. Complete irrigation plans at 20 scale with legend, pipe sizing, spray head layout <br /> and complete new circuit design from each water supply location, recognizing <br /> water saving design techniques, utilizing City- approved manufacturer equipment, <br /> along with the City Standard Details and Specifications, and necessary special <br /> provisions. <br /> 3. Revisions requested by City or necessary during the coordination process. <br /> C. Contract Administration: <br /> 1. Coordination of bidding process including RFI responses and clarifications as <br /> deemed necessary by the City during the bid period. <br /> D. Site Visits: <br /> 1. As an additional service, providing site visits during the construction phase for <br /> observation of the installation for compliance with the construction documents, as <br /> deemed necessary by the City. <br /> Remuneration: <br /> All work shall be billed monthly proportionate to the amount of work completed with <br /> the total amount due upon completion of the plans, on a not -to- exceed basis. <br /> Part A: Design Development <br /> 1.
