Part C: Contract Administration 1. Coordination ($125 /hourly rate) Part D: 1. Site visits ($125 /hourly rate) General Conditions The following are general conditions of this proposal that the Owner and the Landscape Architect, Thomas Baak and Associates LLP agree: 1. The Owner shall furnish the Landscape Architect with all- existing conditions, and existing tree survey, current site plans and architectural plans for the project. The Owner shall be responsible for filing the required documents to secure approval of all governmental and or other authorities having jurisdiction over the project. The Owner shall provide all legal services required for the development of the project. The Owner shall be responsible for Civil Engineering work. 2. Either party may initiate the termination of this agreement at any time by written notice. Owner agrees to remunerate the Landscape Architect for his services to date of notification. 3. If, after a scheme has been approved by Owner, the Owner or reviewing agencies makes a decision which for its proper execution involves additional service and expense for changes in or addition to the drawings or the documents, the Landscape Architect is to be paid at an hourly rate of $125 per hour by the Owner for such additional services and expense except as noted above. The Owner shall review and approve key design documents and reviewing agency requests for revisions prior to the Landscape Architect continuing work on subsequent stage of services. 4. Payments to the account of Landscape Architect shall be made monthly as described under Remuneration and shall be due and payable upon presentation of Landscape Architect's statement or services rendered. 5. Reimbursable Expenses: Reproduction as may be requested by the Owner or his representative shall be billed at actual cost.
