Table 5-2, p. 5-3: We would like to see a greater allocation of residential units to the <br /> East Side, Change the Proposed General Plan, Residential units for the East Side <br /> properties, to include 500 units. A less desirable alternative. but one that we would 4.14 <br /> still consider an improvement, is to make the Residential units for the East Side <br /> properties consistent with the Dispersed Growth Alternative in order to provide for at <br /> least 376 units or to allow for an age restricted project of equivalent impact. <br /> Section 5-4, Utilities, p. 5-17: There is the following sentence_ "However, because <br /> infrastructure is already in place around the Planning Area, except in the East <br /> Pleasanton area This Is not true of the entire East Pleasanton area. There are <br /> utilities and services to the Kiewit owned parcel. <br /> A general comment to note is that not all residential would require the same level of <br /> service for traffic, therefore we ask that all details be considered.
