PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE <br /> <br />The existing Southern Pacific Railroad Bridge <br />(currently burned and closed to the public) should <br />be removed and replaced with a bridge suitable for <br />pedestrian, bicycle, equestrian, and occasional police <br />car use.
