including the nearest southbound lane as part of the <br /> ultimate improvements of Foothill Road across the full <br /> frontage of the site. <br /> <br />15. The applicant shall provide a water service study, <br /> satisfactory to the City Engineer, prior to approval of <br /> a tentative map which details a system to serve the <br /> entire site with a gravity system, looped through the <br /> emergency access roads. The applicant shall bear the <br /> full cost of installing a water tank and all necessary <br /> pumps, service lines, etc., including land and easement <br /> acquisition costs, of a system deemed satisfactory by <br /> the City Engineer; pro rata reimbursement from other <br /> benefitting properties will be allowed if the adopted <br /> system is a permanent facility. <br /> <br />16. The project shall adhere to recommendations of the Tree <br /> Report dated November 11, 1988. Efforts shall be taken <br /> to complete minor revisions to the development plan in <br /> order to preserve those specimen trees specified in the <br /> report. Additional analysis as well as the final tree <br /> removal plan shall be submitted in conjunction with the <br /> tentative map . <br /> <br />17. All project utilities that cross the Calaveras Fault <br /> zone shall be designed with state-of-the art flexible <br /> joints and shut-off valves, or as required by the City <br /> Engineer. <br /> <br />18. The applicant shall conduct an additional, detailed <br /> geotechnical analysis to determine the feasibility of <br /> lot development given the proposed grading and <br /> retaining wall improvements. The additional <br /> geotechnical information shall be submitted in <br /> conjunction with the tentative map and shall be <br /> reviewed by a City reviewing geologist, at applicant's <br /> expense. The additional geotechnical information shall <br /> include an analysis of each lot. The applicant shall <br /> adhere to all recommendations of this additional <br /> information, including the City reviewing geologist's <br /> recommendations, as well as recommendations in the <br /> report prepared by Terrasearch dated February 11, 1987 <br /> (and addendum), in preparing the tentative map. <br /> <br />19. The cut necessary for B Street adjacent to Foothill <br /> Road shall blend with the topography of the surrounding <br /> open space. Details of this roadway redesign, <br /> regrading and revegetation shall be submitted in <br /> conjunction with the tentative map. <br /> <br />20. There shall be no export of excess project soils unless <br /> otherwise approved by the Planning Director and City <br /> Engineer. All excess soils shall be deposited along <br /> <br />(as revised at the 2/8/89 Planning Commission Meeting) <br /> -3- <br /> <br /> <br />
