25. Storm drain swales, gutters, V-ditches, channels, natural <br /> ravines not within the area of a dedicated public street or <br /> public service easement approved by the City Engineer shall be <br /> privately maintained by the property owners or through an <br /> Association approved by the City. <br /> <br />26. The on-site storm drain conduit inlets and outfalls shall be <br /> public and maintained by the City, unless otherwise approved <br /> by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />27. The on-site sanitary sewer system, potable water system and <br /> fire protection system shall be public and be maintained by <br /> the City, unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />28. A Public Service Easement shall be dedicated to the City over <br /> all utilities to be maintained by the City. The width of said <br /> PSE will be determined by the City Engineer at the tentative <br /> map stage. <br /> <br />29. All weather access shall be provided to all public utility <br /> systems. <br /> <br />30. If required by the City Engineer, a water main shall be <br /> installed along the emergency vehicle access road from the end <br /> of E Court to A Street. This water main shall run parallel <br /> with the sanitary sewer main. <br /> <br />31. The developer/owner shall pay its pro-rata share of <br /> constructing a new booster pump station on Longview Drive. <br /> The amount of this share shall be determined by the City <br /> Engineer prior to the final map stage of this project. <br /> <br />32. The developer/owner shall construct a water reservoir at the <br /> 770-foot elevation and interconnect the new reservoir with the <br /> City's existing 770 reservoir near Longview Drive. The size, <br /> location and type of reservoir shall be approved by the City <br /> Engineer. <br /> <br />33. The recommendations of the Geologic and Seismic Hazards Evalu- <br /> ation, Preliminary Soil Investigation, and Supplemental Infor- <br /> mation prepared by Applied Soil Mechanics, Inc. for this <br /> project and those of the City's reviewer, Mr. David Carpenter, <br /> contained in a letter received July 19, 1988, shall be <br /> incorporated into the design of this project, except that the <br /> recommendation to install a subdrain under the sanitary sewer <br /> not be followed. The subdrain should either be installed <br /> under the water main or in a separate trench. The City <br /> Engineer shall determine, prior to the final map approval, <br /> which items listed as "should," "may be required," "may be <br /> considered" or "it is recommended" in the soils report will <br /> be required. <br /> <br /> <br />
