C. Upon expiration of the time period for which a <br /> permit has been issued. <br /> <br /> Section 11.38.080. Posting of Residential Permit <br />Parking Zone. Upon the adoption of a resolution by the <br />Council designating a residential permit parking zone and <br />appropriate parking time restrictions, the City Manager shall <br />order appropriate signs to be erected in such area indicating <br />prominently thereon the time limitation, day or days, and <br />hours during which parking shall be restricted. Parking <br />restrictions established pursuant to this division shall be <br />in effect between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. from <br />Mondays through Fridays, school holidays excluded, during the <br />period September 1 to July 1. <br /> <br /> Section 11.38.090. Violations. <br /> <br /> A. It is unlawful and a violation of this chapter, <br /> unless expressly provided to the contrary herein, <br /> for any person to park a motor vehicle on a street <br /> in a Residential Permit Parking Zone within the <br /> parking time limit posted by signs giving notice <br /> thereof and erected pursuant to this chapter, <br /> without a valid residential parking permit for that <br /> zone properly affixed to such vehicle. <br /> <br /> B. It is unlawful and a violation of this chapter for <br /> a person falsely to represent himself or herself as <br /> eligible for a residential parking permit or a <br /> guest permit or to furnish false information in an <br /> application for any such permits. <br /> <br /> C. It is unlawful and a violation of this chapter for <br /> any person to use or display, or permit the use or <br /> display of, a residential parking permit or a <br /> guest permit or a sticker pertaining thereto on a <br /> motor vehicle other than that vehicle for which <br /> such permit or sticker was issued. <br /> <br /> Section 11.38.100. Exemptions. <br /> <br /> A. Any motor vehicle on which is displayed a valid <br /> residential parking permit, temporary permit, or <br /> sticker pertaining thereto, as provided for herein <br /> may be parked on a street in the residential permit <br /> parking zone pertaining thereto without limitation <br /> of the time restrictions established by the Council <br /> under Section 11.38,080. Such parking permit shall <br /> not guarantee or reserve the holder thereof an on- <br /> street parking space on a street in such <br /> residential permit parking zone or exempt the <br /> vehcile from any other restrictions, ordinances, or <br /> codes. <br /> <br /> <br />
