B. This chapter does not apply to ambulances, fire <br /> department vehicles, police vehicles, public <br /> utility vehicles, or other official or emergency <br /> vehicles while conducting official business which <br /> have an official seal or logo identifying them as <br /> such. <br /> <br /> C. Clearly marked vehicles with commercial license <br /> plates parked for the purpose of loading or <br /> delivery of goods, wares, or merchandise from or to <br /> any building or structure in a Residential Permit <br /> Parking Zone or delivering materials to be used in <br /> the repair, alteration, remodeling, construction or <br /> reconstruction of any such building or structure <br /> for which a building permit has previously been <br /> obtained, or vehicles used for commercial <br /> residential maintenance including but not limited <br /> to landscapers and repairmen doing work for <br /> residents in the zone shall be exempt from the time <br /> restrictions established by the Council under <br /> Section 11.38.080. <br /> <br /> D. Any vehicle which is identified by a disabled or <br /> handicapped driver meeting the requirements of <br /> Vehicle Code Section 22511.5 and displaying <br /> handicapped license plate. <br /> <br /> Section 11.38,110. Duration. This chapter shall expire <br />one year from the effective date of this ordinance unless the <br />City Council renews this chapter within said one year. <br /> <br /> Section 11.38.120. Penalty. The violation of any of <br />the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed an infraction <br />which, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine <br />of twenty-five dollars ($25.00). <br /> <br /> <br />
