23. <br /> <br />24. <br /> <br />25. <br /> <br />26. <br /> <br />27. <br /> <br />28. <br /> <br />29. <br /> <br />The site plan, civil plan, and landscape plan shall be modified/revised as follows: <br /> <br />The pedestrian crossings on the ring road shall be deleted where they don't lead to a <br />sidewalk. <br /> <br />A minimum 10 fi. wide planter strip with screen landscaping shall be installed between <br />the sidewalk along the northern side of the Arlington Drive driveway and the adjacent <br />parking lot. Said planter area shall be accomplished by reducing the parking spaces in <br />the adjacent parking lot. <br /> <br />The secondary pedestrian connections between Phase II Buildings G and H and Phase I <br />Buildings D and E shall be modified to avoid pedestrian movements through parking lot <br />drive aisles. <br /> <br />d. A pedestrian crosswalk shall be installed across the service road for Phase I. <br /> <br />Said modifications shall be submitted in conjunction with the plans submitted for issuance of <br />building permits and shall be subject to the review and approval by the Planning Director prior to <br />issuance of building permits for the project. <br /> <br />A sidewalk shall be added at the eastern end of Building H to conform to the sidewalk shown on <br />the landscape plan. <br /> <br />The colors and materials of the security kiosks shall be shown on the plans submitted for issu- <br />ance of building permits and shall be subject to the review and approval by the Planning Director <br />prior to issuance of building permits for the project. <br /> <br />The design of the smokers' pavilions shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance of <br />building permits and shall be subject to the review and approval by the Planning Director prior to <br />issuance of building permits for the project. <br /> <br />The final colors and materials of the loading dock walls shall be shown on the plans submitted <br />for issuance of building permits and shall be subject to the review and approval by the Planning <br />Director prior to issuance of building permits for the project. <br /> <br />The final landscape plan for the Arlington Drive driveway entry shall retain line-of-sight views <br />from southbound Sunol Boulevard vehicles to the lake, generally as shown in Exhibit A, Sheet <br />C5.1. <br /> <br />All footings and foundations supporting buildings adjacent to slopes greater than 3:1 shall be de- <br />signed to support loads based on a 3:1 slope measured from toe of slope unless otherwise ap- <br />proved by the project engineer and City Engineer. <br /> <br />Conditions of Approval PUD-16 Page 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
