The project developer shall modify the proposed measures if, following this review, there are other, more effective measures which can feasibly be done for comparable cost as those initially proposed. 25. The colors of the buildings shall be submitted to and approved by the Planning Director prior to issuance of a building permit and shall be consistent with the approved colors on file as part of Exhibit "A". Approved colors and materials shall be stated on the plans submitted for issuance of building permits. 26. Prior to issuance ora building permit, the site plan and elevation drawings shall be modified to show the size of the proposed deck on Lot 1 to be a maximum of 800 square feet in size. 27. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the elevation drawings shall be modified to call out the height of the proposed homes. 28. Prior to issuance of a building permit, a fence plan for the site shall be submitted for the project. Open fencing shall be required on the side and rear property lines of each lot, with the exception that there may be limited, solid board privacy fencing. A final fencing plan shall be submitted to the Planning Director for review and approval. 29. The project developer shall submit a waste management plan to the Building Department prior to issuance of building or demolition permits. The plan shall include the estimated composition and quantities of waste to be generated and how the project developer shall recycle at least fifty percent (50%) of the job site construction and demolition waste. Proof of compliance shall be provided to the Director of Building Inspection prior to the issuance of a final building permit. During demolition and construction, the project developer shall mark all trash disposal bins "trash materials only" and all recycling bins "recycling materials only". The project developer shall contact Pleasanton Garbage Service for all waste disposal. Only that portion of trash and recycling waste refused by Pleasanton Garbage Service shall be disposed of or diverted by another trash/recycling company. 30. The driveway color and material shall be indicated on the plans submitted for issuance of building permits. Said material/color shall be subject to review and approval by the Planning Director and City Engineer prior to issuance of building permits for the project. 31. A construction staging plan shall be submitted to the Planning Director for review and approval before issuance of a grading/on-site permit. The plan shall minimize the storage of construction equipment/materials on Kottinger Drive. The construction staging plan shall be implemented by the project developer/contractor/sub-contractors during all project construction phases.
