This change shall be shown on the final subdivision/improvement plans submit- <br />ted for review and approval by the City Engineer and by the Planning Director. <br /> <br />There shall be a drainage release provided through the vineyard between Lots 22 and 23. <br />The City Engineer shall determine the details of the drainage release. <br /> <br />The existing septic tank and leach field serving the existing houses shall be abandoned <br />per Alameda County Health Department regulations and the houses connected to the City <br />sewer system. Said abandonment shall be completed within six (6) months of the exten- <br />sion of City mains to these homes. <br /> <br />All utility boxes and transformers for this project shall be installed underground. All ca- <br />pacitor banks or switches for the project may be installed above ground if properly <br />screened to the satisfaction of the Planning Director. The locations for boxes, transform- <br />ers, switches, capacitor banks, etc., shall be shown on the final improvement plans sub- <br />mitted for review and approval by the City Engineer and by the Planning Director. <br /> <br />The curb and gutter of all streets within the development, including median and traffic <br />islands, shall have sub drains installed at either the back of curb or lip of gutter at the dis- <br />cretion of the City Engineer. This detail shall be shown on the improvement plans. Said <br />drains shall be connected to the storm drain system or drained by other means acceptable <br />to the City Engineer. This detail shall be shown on the final improvement plans submit- <br />ted for review and approval by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />The project developer shall post with the City prior to approval of final map, an addi- <br />tional performance bond for all subdivision improvements that are not to be accepted by <br />the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />The water and gravity sanitary sewer mains (except as noted) shall be public and main- <br />tained by the City. There shall be a two-way cleanout on the sanitary sewer lateral lo- <br />cated at the back of the Public Service Easement. This detail shall be shown on the final <br />improvement plans submitted for review and approval by the City Engineer and by the <br />Planning Director. <br /> <br />The project developer shall give notice to any prospective owners of the maintenance of <br />the concrete "V-ditch" storm drain system, the private storm drain system in the private <br />streets and under the "V-ditches".
