(3) <br /> <br />(d) large family day care home within the designated building <br /> envelope <br />(e) second unit within the designated building envelope <br />The above-listed uses shall have the meaning as defined and/or <br />interpreted for uses in the R-1 districts of the Pleasanton Municipal <br />Code. Other uses listed in the R-1 districts of the Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code may be either permitted or conditionally permitted <br />if the Planning Director finds that such uses do not conflict with <br />the requirements of the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan. <br /> <br />Parcel "E" shall be allowed the following uses: <br />(1) Permitted Uses: <br /> (a) vineyard <br /> (b) orchards, row crops, and horticulture <br /> (c) retention basins and associated storm drainage <br /> infrastructure <br /> (d) quarrying for sand and gravel pursuant to the existing <br /> Alameda County surface mining permit provisions <br />(2) Conditional Uses: <br /> (a) livestock grazing <br /> (b) keeping of farm animals, including the keeping of farm <br /> animals by community agricultural clubs <br /> (c) winery and wine-tasting facility <br /> <br />Parcel <br />(1) <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />(3) <br /> <br />"C" shall be allowed the following uses: <br />Permitted Uses: <br />(a) vineyards <br /> (b) orchards, row crops, and horticulture if the Planning <br /> Commission finds that the vineyard is not feasible to retain. <br /> Any new agricultural use replacing the vineyard shall <br /> require review and approval by the Planning Commission <br /> prior to removal of the vineyard and establishment of the <br /> new agricultural use <br /> (c) natural, riparian open space <br /> (d) public trail <br /> Conditional Uses: <br /> (a) keeping of farm animals <br />All uses shall be operated so as to maintain the riparian corridor <br />which runs through this parcel. <br /> <br />Until such time as subdivision construction begins on the property, <br />agricultural uses as specified in Section IVC(1)(a)(lh and i) of the <br />Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan shall be allowed on MDR- <br />designated sites. <br /> <br />P~e3 <br /> <br /> <br />
