(3) <br /> <br />The day care use shall install and maintain landscaping along its <br />"B" Street frontage and along the Roberts' private driveway. Such <br />landscaping shall be consistent with the plant palette used within <br />the Lin Vineyard Village; its final width and any fencing proposed <br />shall be reviewed and approved with the design review approval. <br /> <br />The MDR-designated portion of the project (Lots 1-16, 18-44, and 46) <br />shall be subject to the following uses: <br />(1) Permitted Uses: <br /> (a) single-family detached housing <br /> (b) household pets <br /> (c) accessory structures and uses <br /> (d) small family day care home <br />(2) Conditional Uses: <br /> (a) nursing home for not more than six patients <br /> (b) home occupation <br /> (c) large-family day care home <br /> (d) second unit <br />(3) The above-listed uses shall have the meaning as defined and/or <br /> interpreted for uses in the R-1 districts of the Pleasanton Municipal <br /> Code. Other uses listed in the R-1 districts of the Pleasanton <br /> Municipal Code may be either permitted or conditionally permitted <br /> if the Planning Director finds that such uses do not conflict with <br /> the requirements of the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan. <br /> <br />The Vineyard Estate-designated portion of the project (Lots 17, 45, and <br />47) shall be subject to the following uses: <br />(1) Permitted Uses <br /> (a) vineyard <br /> (b) orchards, row crops, and horticulture if the Planning <br /> Commission finds that the vineyard is not feasible to retain. <br /> Any new agricultural use replacing the vineyard shall <br /> require review and approval by the Planning Commission <br /> prior to removal of the vineyard and establishment of the <br /> new agricultural use <br /> (c) farm buildings and other accessory structures within the <br /> designated building envelope <br /> (d) single-family housing within the building envelope <br /> (e) household pets <br /> (f) small family day care home within the building envelope <br />(2) Conditional Uses <br /> (a) winery and wine-tasting facility <br /> (b) nursing home for not more than six patients within the <br /> building envelope <br /> (c) home occupation <br /> <br />P~e2 <br /> <br /> <br />
