The uses of the various parcels within the project shall be as follows: <br /> <br />The day care site, Parcel "A," shall allow day care use as a conditional <br />use. Planning Commission approval of a design review application and a <br />conditional use permit shall be required prior to construction/operation. <br />(1) Development standards shall be adopted in conjunction with the <br /> design review application.
