The project developer shall contact Pleasanton <br />Garbage Service for all waste disposal. Only that portion of trash and recycling <br />waste refused by Pleasanton Garbage Service shall be disposed of or diverted by <br />another trash/recycling company. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />The applicants shall replace the existing 6 fi. high chain link fencing along the <br />eastem property line with a 6 foot tall masonry wall. The masonry wall shall be <br />installed along the eastern property line, generally at the location of the existing <br />chain link and wood slat fence (i.e., from the rear property line to approximately <br />60 feet back from the front property line). The wall shall be designed to <br />complement the office building design and include columns spaced at regular <br />intervals. Similar design treatment shall be included on both sides of the wall. <br />The location and design of the wall shall be subject to review and approval by the <br />Planning Director prior to issuance of building permits. The wall shall be <br />installed prior to occupancy of the office building. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />The applicants shall effectively screen from view all ducts, meters, satellite <br />dishes, air conditioning equipment, and any other mechanical equipment, whether <br />on the structure, on the ground, or on the roof, with materials architecturally <br />compatible with the main structure. Furthermore, all roof-mounted equipment, <br />vents, blowers, etc. shall not project above the plane established by the roof <br />parapet. A roof section showing the proposed roof equipment well and the height <br />of the equipment shall be submitted as part of the building permit plans. <br />Screening details shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance of building <br />permits, the adequacy of which shall be determined by the Planning Director. All <br />required screening shall be provided prior to occupancy. <br /> <br />18. <br /> <br />All mechanical equipment shall be constructed in such a manner that noise <br />emanating from it will not be perceptible beyond the property plane of the subject <br />property in a normal environment for that zoning district. <br /> <br />19. <br /> <br />The office building shall be designed and constructed to maintain an interior noise <br />level of 45 dBA Leq. Information sufficient to determine that this noise level can <br />be met shall be submitted with the plans submitted for issuance of building <br />permits and shall be subject to review and approval by the Planning Director and <br />Director of Building Inspection prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> <br />20. <br /> <br />The project's Sunol Boulevard driveway shall be limited to right-turn only <br />ingress/egress. The applicants shall install adequate signing/striping to indicate <br />the right-tm only ingress/egress restriction for this driveway. The applicants <br />shall also modify the Sunol Boulevard lane striping to accommodate the project's <br />new Sunol Boulevard driveway. A signing/striping plan shall be submitted in <br />conjunction with the building permit plan check plans. Said plan shall be subject <br />to the review and approval by the City Engineer and Planning Director prior to <br />issuance of a building permit for the project. <br /> <br /> <br />
